Still Jenna is operated by JENNA GEIBEL ER INC, a Pennsylvania company. The mailing address is 114 S Main St, Butler, PA 16001. That is where we receive mail and handle orders. It is not a walk-in store. If you come to the door expecting buckets of fresh flowers, you will find a locked office.
We sell artificial flowers and faux potted plants to addresses in the United States. The legal name on your card statement or PayPal record will be JENNA GEIBEL ER INC or Still Jenna, depending on the processor.
Why the shop is called Still Jenna
The name is deliberate. “Still” is the word for a still-life painting — a sunflower that sits in a vase and does not move. It is also the plain fact about silk stems: they stay in the room after a fresh bunch would have been thrown out. Jenna is the name attached to the company. We did not invent a French atelier or a greenhouse in Holland. The work is selecting stems, writing what they actually are, and getting them into a USPS package.
The first group of stems we listed were the ones we still carry: an oil-painting style sunflower, a four-fork locust blossom branch about 130 cm tall, spiraea and dianthus filler, a short Christmas rose, spider and large-head chrysanthemums, a coated large bloom, a garden rose and peony spray, and a hydrangea head. Those shapes set the catalog. Potted pieces were added because a lot of customers do not want to own a vase and a pile of loose stems.
Where the flowers are made
We are the seller. We are not the mill that weaves the silk. The stems are produced in workshops we buy from. Petals are fabric. Stems are plastic or wired plastic. That is the construction, and we say so on the product pages.
Before a stem goes on the site we take the workshop measurements and put them on the listing as approximations — stem length, bloom width, fork count when there is one. A 73 cm chrysanthemum will not be 73.0 cm on every piece. Color names (smoky pink, champagne pink, green powder) are the names we use at checkout so you can match the photo. Dye lots shift a little. If a page does not list a measurement, we do not have a reliable one and we will not invent it.
We do not claim the flowers were grown in Butler County, dipped in a secret finish, or recommended by a hotel group. They are decorative objects. Keep them away from open flame. Sun through a south window will fade fabric the same way it fades a poster.
How an order actually moves
You order on stilljenna.shop. We pack from Butler. United States Postal Service takes the box. There is no driver we send across town, and you cannot pick the box up at 114 S Main St. Phone and email hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. Messages that arrive after 6:00 PM or on a weekend wait until the next weekday.
