Payment Policy

This page explains how JENNA GEIBEL ER INC, trading as Still Jenna, takes payment on stilljenna.shop. It sits next to the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Terms of Use. If a checkout screen and this page ever disagree on the amount due, the checkout screen wins for that order.

Who is charged

The merchant of record is JENNA GEIBEL ER INC, 114 S Main St, Butler, PA 16001, United States. Your statement may show JENNA GEIBEL ER INC or Still Jenna. Questions about a charge go to info@stilljenna.shop or +1 (724) 295-4681, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern.

Currency

Every price on the shop is in U.S. dollars (USD). We do not bill in another currency. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may add its own conversion fee. That fee is not ours and we cannot remove it.

What you can pay with

We take the methods that appear on the checkout page at the time you pay. That usually means Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal when the PayPal button is on the page. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear only if the checkout provider enables them on your device.

We do not take cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery. We do not take payment by phone and type a card into a separate terminal. If a method is not on the checkout page, we cannot run it.

When the charge happens

We charge when you place the order, not when the box leaves Butler. An authorization that sits on your card for a few hours and then becomes a capture is normal. It is still one sale.

If the processor declines the card, the order is not accepted. We do not hold stock against a failed payment. Try another card or PayPal, or write to us with the order number if checkout shows an error you cannot read.

What the total includes

The number you approve at checkout is merchandise, shipping, and any sales tax calculated for the shipping address. Product prices on a listing do not include tax. Shipping is the rate in the Shipping Policy: $7.00 on a merchandise subtotal from $0.01 through $60.00, and $7.00 above $60.00 unless the cart shows a different figure.

Pennsylvania deliveries are charged Pennsylvania sales tax. Allegheny County and Philadelphia add their local tax. Other states are taxed only where we have to collect. We do not add a surcharge for paying by card.

Failed, pending, and cancelled payments

A pending authorization that never captures should drop off your statement on the bank’s schedule, usually a few days. We cannot speed that up from Butler.

If we cancel an order because we cannot ship it — wrong country, undeliverable address, item gone — we refund the original method. That refund is not a store credit unless you ask for one.

Promotional codes

A code applies only if the checkout accepts it before you pay. We do not add a code after the charge. Codes are not cash. They have no value on a cancelled order beyond reducing what you paid.

Refunds of a payment

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Money goes back to the same card or PayPal account that paid. We do not send a check. We do not refund to a different card. After we release a refund, the bank or PayPal may take several extra days to post it.

Change-of-mind returns: merchandise comes back, return postage comes out of the refund, outbound shipping stays with us. Defect or wrong item: merchandise and the shipping you paid on that item come back, and we cover the return label.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with an order, email us first at info@stilljenna.shop and give us the order number. Most of those notes are cheaper and faster than a card dispute.

If you do open a chargeback, the card network asks us for the receipt, the tracking scan, and any emails. We respond. A chargeback does not cancel the Refund Policy clock on its own. Do not file a dispute and also ship a return without telling us; the two processes get in each other’s way.

How card data is handled

We do not keep full card numbers on a spreadsheet in Butler. Checkout runs through the payment provider connected to the shop. That provider is responsible for the card data. We see the last digits, the billing name, and whether the charge settled.

We may refuse an order that the processor flags, that uses a billing address that does not match the card, or that looks like a stolen-card test. We are not required to explain a fraud filter in detail.

Invoices and receipts

The order confirmation email is the receipt. If you need a copy later, say so in an email with the order number. We do not mail a paper invoice unless you ask and we agree in writing.
