Terms of service
These terms govern purchases and use of stilljenna.shop. The seller is JENNA GEIBEL ER INC, 114 S Main St, Butler, PA 16001, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.
1. Business identity
Still Jenna is a trade name of JENNA GEIBEL ER INC. The company is the merchant of record. The contact email is info@stilljenna.shop. The phone number is +1 (724) 295-4681. Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The Main Street address is a business address, not a public showroom.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Pennsylvania law. You may not use a stolen card, a false name, or an address you cannot receive mail at.
3. What we sell
Listings are artificial flowers, silk stems, faux foliage, and faux potted plants. They are not fresh cut flowers, not food, not medical devices, and not children’s toys. Keep them away from flame, high heat, and small children who might chew on plastic stems.
4. Listings are descriptions, not samples in your hand
Measurements on a page are approximate. Color on a phone screen will not match every room. A small amount of petal shed in the box, especially on densely packed branches, can happen and is described on the relevant product page when we know about it.
5. Order offer and acceptance
Adding an item to the cart is not a contract. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email and process payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is outside our ship zone, the payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original payment method.
6. Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change a price on the site at any time before you pay. A price error that is obvious — for example a $12 stem listed at $0.12 — may be cancelled with a refund.
7. Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout, including major cards and PayPal when that button is present. You authorize a charge for merchandise, shipping, and any tax shown. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; the checkout provider does.
8. Sales tax
Product prices do not include tax. Tax is calculated on the shipping address as described in the Shipping Policy. Pennsylvania deliveries are taxed under Pennsylvania law. Other states are taxed only where we have a collection duty.
9. Shipping
Shipping is limited to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders paid after 3:00 PM Eastern move to the next business day for processing. Processing is 1 to 3 business days. Transit times in the Shipping Policy are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when USPS first scans the package accepted, except that we remain responsible for a box that USPS later confirms lost, subject to the 14-day notice rule in the Shipping Policy.
10. No pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or local hand delivery in Butler or anywhere else.
11. Returns and exchanges
The Refund Policy is part of these terms. Returns are allowed for 50 days from delivery. We accept change-of-mind returns that meet the condition rules, and we accept defective or mis-shipped items. Clearance and final-sale items are not returnable. We provide a prepaid USPS return label. Change-of-mind return postage is yours (deducted from the refund). Defect and wrong-item postage is ours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we inspect the return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
12. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for the password. Tell us if you think someone else used it. We may close an account that is used to abuse returns or to attack the site.
13. Site use
You may not scrape the catalog with bots, copy product photos for your own store, try to break the checkout, or post malware. Product images and written listings belong to JENNA GEIBEL ER INC or to the licensors who supplied them. You may not reuse them except to show a stem you bought from us, in a personal context.
14. Reviews and emails
If you send a photo or a review, you give us a non-exclusive right to show that content on the shop in connection with the product. We may email transactional messages (receipts, tracking, return labels) without extra consent. Marketing mail, if we send it, will have a working unsubscribe.
15. Privacy
We collect what checkout and the contact form need: name, address, email, phone, and order history. We do not sell that list. Payment data is handled by the processor. A separate privacy notice on the site, if posted, adds detail. You can write to info@stilljenna.shop to ask what we hold on your order.
16. California and other state privacy rights
If you are a California resident you may request a copy of the personal information we have from your orders, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@stilljenna.shop. We still keep what tax and accounting rules require.
17. Warranties
The site and the goods are provided as described on the product page. We do not promise that a silk hydrangea will feel like a florist’s bucket, hold water, survive a week in full sun, or match a paint chip. Except for the return rights in the Refund Policy, and except for any warranty that Pennsylvania law does not let a seller disclaim, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent Pennsylvania law allows, JENNA GEIBEL ER INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost event deposits, florist fees, or hotel restocking — that arise from a late box or a stem that does not match a mood board. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
19. Indemnity
You will cover the company for claims that come from your misuse of a product (for example placing fabric flowers against an open candle) or from your misuse of the site, except to the extent our own negligence caused the claim.
20. Force majeure
We are not in breach if USPS, a storm, a power cut, a platform outage, or a supply delay we did not create stops us from meeting an estimate. We still email you if the delay starts on our bench.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
22. Venue
If a dispute cannot be settled by email, the state courts in Butler County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, have exclusive venue, except that either side may use small-claims court in a county that has jurisdiction over the other side.
23. Informal resolution first
Before filing a case, email info@stilljenna.shop with “Dispute” in the subject and a short description. Give us 15 days to answer. This does not limit any right you have under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
24. Consumer rights not waived
Nothing in these terms takes away a right that Pennsylvania or federal law says a consumer cannot waive, including rights under 73 P.S. § 201-1 and following (Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law) and under federal shipping and mail-order rules that apply to us.
25. Export and sanctions
You may not divert a shipment to a country we do not serve, or buy from the site if U.S. law bars you from doing business with a U.S. company.
26. Changes
We can edit these terms, the Shipping Policy, or the Refund Policy. The version posted on the site on the day you pay is the version that applies to that order. We will change the date at the bottom when we edit a page.
27. Severability and entire agreement
If a court strikes one sentence, the rest stays. These terms plus the order confirmation, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement for that purchase. A phone comment does not change them unless we confirm it in writing from info@stilljenna.shop.
